Nonprofit Startup Formation

Service Description

Clients will go through a seamless process of starting a nonprofit organization. Each client will meet with Alana three times to complete state article incorporations documentation, Form 1023 EZ or Form 1023, develop/perfect your mission statement, create a projected budget, establish a board of directors, by-laws, secure EIN, and understand your nonprofit programs. In addition, clients will walk away at the final meeting with a nonprofit training for your team and grant funding research tailored to the nonprofit mission statement. Please note: Clients will be emailed an agreement immediately after requesting to book this session. Filing Fee Example: N.C. Secretary of State Article of Incorporation Fee - $60 IRS Form 1023 EZ Filing Fee - $275 (Small Nonprofits) Or Form 1023 - $600 (For Churches)
