This year has been a journey for me. I seriously believe I poured everything I could into the girls in I Am A Queen, I achieved several awards and recognitions, and we blessed 1,000 people.
On the downside, I experienced the passing of my favorite aunt this summer. Also, I kicked COVID-19 butt and I am still dealing with side effects.
As I reflect, I am taking a moment to breathe and say #Selah. Just pause and think about all the Lord has done in my life.
Right now, I want to return to pouring back into myself. I need my cup to be full right now.
In addition, I am eagle eye focused on continuing to be the best grant writer possible. It’s not too many Black women in this field but I plan to make my mark!
With all this being said, cheers to new beginnings.
